Benazir Rowe is the founder of Opportunity Data, where she builds open data infrastructure for education-to-work policy, Workforce Pell implementation, AI exposure, and credential value. Her work turns public education and labor-market data into reusable tools, trackers, indexes, and decision-support frameworks that colleges, state agencies, researchers, and funders can act on. She holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has built evidence systems for funding, program approval, workforce alignment, and institutional decision-making across state government and community-college research. Her writing has appeared in Washington Monthly, The Colorado Sun, and Community College Daily.
